According to Law no. 85/2014, the insolvency proceedings can be initiated against a legal entity solely if the debt thereof exceeds the amount of RON 40000.

For the files regarding which the recovery to be recovered exceeds the said threshold, our experts shall file the “Claim on the initiation of the insolvency proceedings”. Also, for the debtors already subject to this proceeding, we will file the “Claim on the registration within the body of creditors”.
